Please note that we understand that situations arise that makes cancellations/changes unavoidable. If your plans change after your spot or room is reserved, please contact us as soon as possible in advance of your event or stay. Please note that our cancellation policies are a vital part of managing our small center. If you must cancel or change your time with us, please note the following:
Cancellation made at least 24 hours in advance will result in a credit for future offerings.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead of session will not be credited and will not be provided a refund.
*No reminders will be sent ahead of event, so please mark your own calendars.
Cancellations made in advance of up to 72 hours will be provided a credit toward future events.
Due to the likelihood that retreats will be sold-out, cancellations less than 72 hours in advance will not be credited and will not be provided a refund.
A two-night minimum is required for each room rental stay.
A $35 fee will be charged for reservations cancelled up to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if cancelled or changed reservation in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest does not show up, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation.
