About Amy
Amy Ellis is a writer, musician, and healer. She lives by embodying the philosophy iterated by Robert Ingersoll, “We rise by lifting others,” and it is with this ideology that she has shaped her life’s work. Whether engaged with youth or adults, writing blogs or music, or leading initiatives, she is dedicated to elevating intentions and raising the consciousness of those around her.
Ellis works with groups and individuals ready to reach their next level in life. Grounded in research and psycho-spiritual principles governing natural laws, Amy weaves wisdom, experience, and practice into helping remove patterns that keep others limited. By focusing on self-restoration, release, and manifestation, Ellis leads clients through a proven process of imagining new possibilities, setting visions, and forging toward inspired futures.

About Lindy
Lindy Ellis is a sound healer, artist and story teller. Her vision is to provide safe sacred spaces for those wanting to access spirit to live fully. Being alive shows up in connection -- connection to others, to purpose, work, family, or to Earth herself. Connection is the ability to go beyond oneself and allow grace to support in building positive transformation in the world.
Lindy’s sound healing journey began first with a single Native American style flute purchased in Cherokee NC, then with a Shaman in Peru making an indigenous Andean drum. Lynda’s flute sat on a shelf until the pandemic until a shift occurred. Like so many, she needed connection. Lynda’s flute and drum became tools for her solace and healing. From there, her journey flourished.
Recognizing that everything is vibration and the body can be tuned to vibrational frequencies, Lindy began her sound healing journey. Sound healing allows the body to heal itself by slowing down brain waves, shifting cells from diseased to being in ease. In her sessions, Lynda uses a variety of instruments including Native American style flutes and drums, crystal bowls, Tibetan healing bowls, chimes, gongs, rattles, and rain sticks. Lindy’s intuitive healing is directed with heart-centeredness and divine guidance, fully co-created with universal energy.
